Prenatal Care
Support Through Every Trimester
Prepare your body for the journey of birth and motherhood with targeted physical therapy. My prenatal care focuses on preventing common discomforts and building the strength and awareness needed for labor and beyond.
First Trimester
Establish a strong foundation on which to grow. Learn safe movement strategies to support your changing body from the very beginning. Address early aches and pains, setting the stage for a more comfortable pregnancy.
Second Trimester
Tackle the postural shifts that come with a growing belly and ease common discomforts such as back, hip, and pelvic pain. Learn strategies to manage internal pressure as your baby grows and understand what to look out for when exercising.
Third Trimester
Optimize mobility in your hips and spine and learn to relax and lengthen the pelvic floor in preparation for labor. We'll go over birth preparation strategies, including what to bring with you, labor positions, and breathing strategies. Develop a plan for your immediate postpartum recovery, setting yourself up for success in the early weeks of being a new mom.

Postnatal Care
Reclaim Your Movement
The postpartum period is a time for healing and rebuilding. Whether you're a few weeks or many years postpartum, my care is designed to help you recover effectively and return to the activities you love with confidence. This support can also be established pre-birth, creating a proactive plan for your body's initial healing phase and providing guidance for those first six weeks before your next provider visit.

Gradually and safely build back your strength for daily tasks, exercise, running, dancing, kayaking or whatever movement brings you joy! I'll guide you through progressive steps to ensure your body is ready for the increased demands.
